Our Approach to Awakening Wellness
At Awakening Wellness, we believe that true healing is not just a one-time event, but an ongoing journey. That's why we focus on integrating autonomy and awareness into your daily life, so that you can continue to benefit from our practices long after you leave our sessions. Our treatment sessions and workshops are designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, increase self-awareness, and develop healthy habits that you can integrate to reprogram lifestyle choices and optimize your overall well-being. From breathwork, to movement/exercise, to meditation, to education, we offer a variety of tools to help you stay connected to your inner self and live a more fulfilling life.
Integrating Awareness into Your Life
Consult for 10-15 minutes (free of charge) to establish a plan and to schedule the first billed 60-minute session. If you already know you would like to schedule a session, see availability below for dates and times.
Session flexibility is suitable to meet your schedule. Consult will consist of assessing personal health goals and possible wellness plans individualized towards where YOU are at in your health journey. Full 60-minute session may include evaluation, subjective questioning, objective measures, treatment methods, body work (in person), education, and health plans moving forward. Reminder, I am an injury specialist, but you do not need an injury to work with me.

What We Do

Rehab/Injury Prevention
In person guidance for corrective exercises and intervention plans to reduce pain, optimize function, and enhance form/technique during activities. Full exam will be performed for complete assessment.
Session may include:

Performance/Wellness Training
Individualized guided exercise programs and wellness education to help you meet your goals, whether it is on the field in sport, or specific activity/hobby based.
Bodywork/Recovery
Hands on manual treatments to get you feeling your best, reduce pain and tightness, enhance mobility, prevent injuries, and improve body awareness.
Sessions may include:

PNF and passive stretching techniques

Yoga Flows

In person guided meditations and pranayama breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system and establish a sense of peace in your day.
Surf Training
Dive into a surf lesson 1:1 with me, in Pacific Beach, San Diego through an individualized surf session.
