"I initially gravitated towards yoga due to my love for functional movement medicine, injury prevention, and dynamic body strength training through mobility and flexibility. Upon completion of my yoga training, I realized there is much more to the yoga practice than the physical asana component. I found a deep connection to Yogic philosophy, intuitive guidance, mystical wisdom, mindfulness, meditation, and more. My experience with yoga has directly influenced the development of the self and has enhanced the relationships I have to all things and people within this life. This mind, body, spirit practice of yoga has allowed me to create a deeper understanding in my approach to life, dedicating service to others. I have a strong interest in holistic medicine and strive to incorporate a whole lifestyle approach to your wellness and longevity. Through breath, kinesiology, and balance, I hope to give you the opportunity to be the best version of yourself and to support you on your physical, mental, and spiritual health journey.
