I worked with Dr. Austin earlier this year for lower back pain I was experiencing. During our sessions, Dr. Austin would help me with exercises to help strengthen my core, glutes and lower back to help alleviate the back pain I was experiencing. He also incorporated massage and cupping to help release tension in my muscles. I felt and saw a lot of improvement after my sessions with Dr. Austin and I appreciate his help. As an active yogi, I sought out Austin’s PT and body work because I wanted to improve my yoga postures and reduce pain in my lower back. Austin gave me a thorough and knowledgeable assessment based on his physical therapy experience and was able to recommend exercises to help my lower back. As a certified yoga instructor, he was able to offer helpful corrections in yoga poses to avoid excess strain on my body and skillfully demonstrated asanas that I perform regularly for visual feedback.
